Cookies are priced per dozen and start at $48.00 per dozen. This price can increase based on level of intricacy, packaging materials requested, inclusion of metallics in your order, and flavor requested. Your order will be quoted based on design, colors needed to complete the order, complexity, packaging needs, time to create, etc. Custom cookies = custom pricing.

My minimum order is two dozen. I specialize in small batch orders and prefer to bake between 2-6 dozen per week. Any order over $200 will be subject to a 18% service fee.

The fun part about custom orders is that they are *custom* to what you want! I love baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, weddings, vacations, business events, and much more!

The earlier the better. Placing your order at least a month in advance would be ideal. Once you submit your order, we will respond in a timely manner to let you know if we are available during your preferred dates. I take on limited orders every week, therefore I book out quickly.

If you are requesting an order less than 2 weeks away from the requested pickup date, there is a rush fee of $5 per dozen. If the order is requested less than a week from the requested pickup date, there is a rush fee of $10 per dozen.

Please check my schedule before submitting an order request. You are welcome to submit an order request in advance of my calendar opening up.

For custom orders, I ask that you pick up your order at my home in Franklin. The address is in the contract attached to your invoice. Currently, the only way I can accommodate multiple orders per week, is by having pickups exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays.

If a meet-up or delivery is requested, a $20 fee will need to be paid before I can bring your order to you.

Please make note that I reside and work in Franklin, TN. Unfortunately, I am NOT able to ship orders at this time.

Unfortunately not. I am not a storefront bakery. Everything I make is pre ordered. If you are wanting to place an order but are unsure if its too late, shoot us an email at amandassimplysweetcookies@gmail.com and we will be sure to let you know if we’re all booked up or not.

Cookies stay fresh in their heat sealed bags at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Cookies freeze beautifully for up to several months! If freezing, keep them in their bags in a sealed Tupperware container. To thaw, place the sealed container on the counter overnight and only remove the cookies once they are fully room temperature.

I am not able to offer vegan or gluten free options at this time.

Cookies contain the following allergens: eggs, dairy and gluten. They are not made in a nut-free kitchen.

Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Thank you for understanding.

Please submit a request for a custom quote, then I will be in touch within 24-48 hours with a quote for your order. Once you approve the quote, I will send an invoice and request full payment to confirm the order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and dates cannot be held without payment. No further payment will be required upon order pick up.
